There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in all communities ( Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism). Many studies have tried to determine the effectiveness of modern yoga as a complementary intervention for Cancer, Asthma, Schizophrenia, and Heart disease. Now, UNESCO(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) as an intangible cultural heritage listed that 21st June is Yoga Day.

And, you can challenge your body if you can go deeper in the poses, and by creating your body muscles, ligaments and other connective tissues, a system of memory of your muscles. The memory of the muscles is made by regular yoga practice and tells your body that you will be in a certain state before and you can move forward in that situation.
